Over the years, The Sagamore has successfully hosted strategic planning sessions, annual association meetings, training seminars, board retreats and incentive programs. We are an ideal site for a small gathering of ten, or a conference of 1,000 attendees.
The Sagamore has 26,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space in rooms of various sizes. Our professional Conference Services Managers and support staff are on-site to assist with your meeting needs as they arise.

The Conference Center
The Sagamore's Conference Center includes 15,760 square feet of function space. The centerpiece is our 10,080-square-foot ballroom that can be reconfigured for large meetings. Facilities also include five breakout meeting rooms, separate banquet kitchen and private outdoor terrace and lawn.
The Sagamore's impressive Historic Hotel houses four complete meeting rooms, including two dining rooms, with a total of 4,989 square feet of function space. A separate 4,635-square-foot dining room seats 200.
The Hermitage offers two dedicated meeting rooms and 10 bi-level suites in an exclusive and private setting. It is especially suitable for small board meetings and retreats.
