Spa Etiquette
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself time to change and relax. We provide you with a spa robe and sandals to wear while you are in our spa. You are welcome to wear whatever you are most comfortable with, under your spa robe. As a courtesy to all of our guests, all appointments will begin and end on time.
- To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that all cell phones and pagers are turned off. The use of cameras and camera phones are not permitted.
- All of our massage therapists, estheticians and cosmetologists are professionally trained and licensed. Please be sure to communicate any relevant health conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart ailments or any other condition that may pertinent to your service. They will answer any question you may have and recommend the product to help you prolong the benefits of your spa experience.
- We understand if you need to reschedule your spa service. If you are unable to make the scheduled time of your service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.
- For your convenience an 18% gratuity will be added to your service. Please let us know upon check in if you would like to be billed for this separately or after your treatment.
